This works great on all my aches and pains, and sore muscles after playing and hiking in the sun. I keep it in the fridge for extra cool relief on the hot days and it’s such a treat.

Absolutely blown away by this product. It has been PHENOMENAL for helping me deal with my arthritis, period cramps, and post-exercise muscle soreness. I even applied to my chest when I was stuffed up and felt instant relief. I really enjoy it cold so I keep mine in the fridge- perfect for warmer weather. Smells lovely. Not too strong.
