Rebound Turmeric + Arnica Balm has been great for shingles. My sister got shingles shortly after Christmas and when they started to heal she tried this for the tingling and numbness. She swears by it now and wants me to get more. I just thought you might want to know this since I realize the directions state not to apply to open skin. Well….she did and the shingles are almost totally gone with no issues…
