The Turmeric + Arnica Balm is for external use only and eye contact should be avoided. The balm is made for relieving tension and for deep muscle penetration. Massage it into the area of pain, stiffness, or skin irritation. 👍😘
How much of the Turmeric + Arnica balm should I use?
Apply generously, 2-3 times per day, as needed. The formula is blended to be non-greasy and absorbs quickly. The more you apply the more effect it will have. Note, the Turmeric + Arnica balm may stain clothes as it contains real turmeric so allow time for your skin to absorb the balm before putting on light clothing. 😊❤️

There is no expiration date for the Turmeric + Arnica balm. We recommend you store in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight. 💕🙌

Rebound Turmeric + Arnica Balm

Rebound Turmeric + Arnica Balm has been great for shingles. My sister got shingles shortly after Christmas and when they started to heal she tried this for the tingling and numbness. She swears by it now and wants me to get more. I just thought you might want to know this since I realize the directions state not to apply to open skin. Well….she did and the shingles are almost totally gone with no issues…
