Welcome to Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary

November 21, 2023

On April 20th, 2023, a day celebrated by cannabis enthusiasts worldwide, Stewart Farms achieved a significant milestone by opening its very own cannabis retail store – Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary. The event marked the inauguration of New Brunswick’s fifth official farmgate location and the first in Southern New Brunswick. It was a day filled with anticipation, excitement, and the promise of a bright future for both the local community and cannabis connoisseurs.

Wellness-focused, Community-minded

Founded by Tanner Stewart, Stewart Farms has been on a mission to cultivate premium cannabis and wellness products while fostering a strong connection with the local community. The opening of Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary signifies a new chapter in this journey, offering a space for the community to engage directly with the brand and explore the fruits of their labor. It’s not just a place to buy cannabis; it’s a hub for connections, conversations, and collaboration.

Tanner was visibly enthusiastic as he prepared for the ribbon cutting at 4:20 pm, symbolizing the unofficial global cannabis holiday. “It’s a place for us to connect directly with our community and showcase how our wellness products can benefit those in need.” Stewart stated. “It’s an opportunity for us to collect direct feedback from customers, something not all licensed producers have the advantage of doing. It’s our customers who helped get us where we are today, and it’s those people who continue to help us shape our vision.”

A Grand Opening Like No Other

The grand opening of Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary was an event to remember. The lively turnout spoke to the community’s enthusiasm, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Local MLA Kathy Bockus graced the occasion and took center stage to ceremoniously cut the ribbon at 4:20 pm, cementing the dispensary’s place in the community. But the grand opening was about much more than a ribbon-cutting ceremony. It was a celebration of local cannabis and a testament to the power of community connections.

One of the standout moments of the event was the live performance by the Boundary Street Blues Band. Starting at 4:21 pm, they filled the air with 420-friendly tunes, creating the perfect atmosphere for a cannabis celebration. As visitors explored the dispensary and its offerings, the music added an extra layer of vibrancy to the occasion.

“Sure enough, once that ribbon was cut, Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary was flooded with customers”, said Erica MacQuarrie, Stewart Farms’ Retail Coordinator and Graphic Designer. “The place was packed!”.

The place was packed!

Erica was instrumental to the success of opening the retail store and organizing the 420 event. “We couldn’t have done it without her, she did a great job.” added Stewart.

No grand opening is complete without some munchies (especially not a 420 party). The Big Cheese Food Truck and Tall Tom’s Lemonade were on hand to cater to attendees, ensuring they were well-fed and quenched throughout the event. The snacks and ice-cold lemonade perfectly complemented the experience of exploring Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary.

Community Connection

The dispensary is more than a retail space; it’s a venue for community engagement. The company plans to host 420-friendly events and educational sessions. It’s an opportunity to share knowledge about cannabis and its many facets. The goal is to foster an environment where the community feels welcome, informed, and valued.

Stewart Farms also has plans to collaborate with local organizations, giving back to the very people who have welcomed them into town. This commitment to community engagement reflects the essence of Stewart Farms and its dedication to being a responsible and contributing member to the area.

Feedback-Driven Growth

Stewart Farms understands the importance of customer feedback. The dispensary provides a direct channel for customers to share their experiences and preferences. This feedback is not taken lightly; it’s a vital part of the company’s growth strategy.

All feedback, whether positive or constructive, is reported to the Operations and Product Development teams. Each piece of feedback is thoroughly discussed and analyzed. It serves as the basis for making improvements to product lines and processes. This customer-centric approach has been key to the company’s growth in Canada.

A Window into the Future

The opening of Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary is a step towards shining a brighter spotlight on local producers, fostering tourism opportunities, and educating patrons about the rich world of local cannabis offerings. As Stewart Farms forges ahead, it remains committed to its core values of community, quality, and continuous improvement.

The cozy cannabis and wellness shop, located at 30 Progress Drive in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. The combination of locally-cultivated cannabis, infused wellness products, and community engagement makes it a one-of-a-kind destination in the heart of Charlotte County.

The grand opening of Stewart’s Herbal Dispensary was a resounding success, setting the stage for a promising future for Stewart Farms and the community it serves. As the cannabis industry evolves, Stewart Farms knows that it’s not just about selling products, it’s about building connections and shaping a brighter future together.
